Founders Message

It is my goal to hold safe space to all who walk through the door.
 I can speak first hand that yoga has positively impacted my life. My personal history handed me a boatload of trauma and yoga has been a reliable resource to continue to understand the effects of trauma on the emotional and physical body. How trauma clouds decision making. Whether its a state of heightened agitation, depressed state or a general numbness, YOGA HELPS!
